Adlai and Vegetable Stir-Fry

About the Dish:

This quick and colorful adlai stir-fry is a perfect weeknight dinner. Loaded with a variety of veggies, it’s a nutritious and satisfying dish that’s ready in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked adlai
  • Broccoli florets
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook adlai and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large pan, sauté garlic in sesame oil.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add cooked adlai to the vegetables and stir well.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
